In less than 10 years, Teleperformance Italian subsidiary has become the largest multinational contact center company in Italy, operating in more than 2,315 workstations (Roma + Parco Leonardo + Taranto.) Out of 3,290 employees from three contact centers based in Rome and Taranto (southeast of Italy,) 2,920 of them are operators. Additionally, near-shore solutions are provided from the Albanian subsidiary to serve the Italian market. Here there are 2,013 workstations (Tirana+ Durres.) 2,017 are employees and 1,750 of them are operators. Services offered by Teleperformance Italia are available in 7 languages.
In Italy and Albany, Teleperformance has a portfolio of over 35 Clients from various verticals including utilities, media, telco, travel, high-tech, insurance, finance, banking, automotive, retail and gaming (only in Albany.)
